The 1-day HypnoBirthing course is a complete pregnancy course, but in one day! It has been specially developed for people who do not have time for the 4-week pregnancy course. After this course you are fully prepared and you will confidently but just want to be prepared together in 1 day in a fun way for the arrival of their baby.

The course takes place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and includes lunch, course material and call appointment at 37 weeks. Every 1st or 2nd Saturday of the month. 

What can you expect during this day:

Extensive and complete information about the delivery, what to expect, what to do.

Through the relaxation and visualization exercises you learn to bring yourself into a deep state of relaxation and concentration, so that you can apply it immediately during your delivery, so that you are well prepared and enter your delivery with confidence.

· Your (birth) partner is taught to apply "light touch massage" to you. This produces endorphins, which reduces the pain experience. He / she also learns what else you can do as a partner to support you properly.

We make / discuss your birth plan.

At HypnoBirthingRandstad the course is given in a small group of about 5 couples. Essential to guarantee the small scale / personality. You will receive the HypnoBirthing book, the course folder with information, and all exercises per what's app, so you can listen to them anytime, anywhere.
