The 1-day Hypnobirthing course is a complete pregnancy course, but in one day! It has been specially developed for people who do not have time for the 4-week pregnancy course. 

After this course you will be fully prepared and confidently prepare yourself for the arrival of your baby in one day in a fun way.

The course takes place from 10:00 untill 15:30 and includes lunch, course materials and a telephone appointment at 37 weeks. 

What can you expect during this day:

· Extensive and complete information about the birth, what to expect, what to do.

· Through the relaxation and visualization exercises you learn to bring yourself into a deep state of tension and concentration, so that you can apply it immediately during your birth, so that you are well prepared and confident when you go into labor.
