1-day group course : Sunday October 25th 2026 (10:00-15:30) location Haarlem Centrum - English spoken course!

The 1-day Hypnobirthing course is a complete pregnancy course, but in one day! It has been specially developed for people who do not have time for the 4-week pregnancy course.

After this course you will be fully prepared and you will confidently but simply want to be prepared together in a fun way for the arrival of their baby in 1 day.

The course takes place from 10:00-15:30 and includes lunch, course material and a telephone appointment at 37 weeks.

What can you expect during this day:

Extensive and complete information about childbirth, what to expect, what to do.

Through relaxation and visualization exercises you will learn to bring yourself into a deep state of relaxation and concentration, so that you can apply it directly during your delivery, so that you are well prepared and enter your delivery with confidence.

Your (birth) partner will be taught to apply "light touch massage" to you. This will produce endorphins, which will reduce the pain sensation. He/she will also learn what else you can do as a partner to support you well.

· We will make/discuss your birth plan.

At Hypnobirthingrandstad, the course is given in a small group of approximately 5 couples. Essential to ensure the small scale/personality. You will receive an e-book, handouts, and exercises via what's app, so that you can listen to them anytime and anywhere.
